Partner – Head of Corporate Real Estate Department

Veronica Vitiello is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Real Estate Department at BLV – Belvedere & Partners. She has over 26 years of experience in corporate real estate, during which she has worked with leading Italian and international investors across a wide spectrum of asset classes, including hospitality, hotel chains, resorts, residential, retail, supermarkets, shopping centres, stadiums, sports facilities, offices, logistics centres, and student and leisure housing, with an international dimension.

She advises on transactions and contractual matters across both standard and complex structures, including acquisitions and disposals of individual assets, real estate portfolios and real estate companies, joint ventures, development projects, large commercial leases, business leases and management contracts. She also assists clients on fund formation, SICAF structures, distressed asset management and corporate insolvencies.

She is a frequent speaker at Italian and international conferences in the real estate sector and the author of numerous publications in her fields of expertise.

In 2021 she was awarded the "Deal Maker of the Year" prize by The Lawyer / Finance Monthly.
