Partner

Emilio Ciccarino is a Partner at BLV – Belvedere & Partners, having joined the firm in October 2024. He specialises in urban planning and construction law, advising domestic and international clients on real estate development, regeneration and conversion projects.

He acts for leading real estate investment funds and major industry operators on the preparation and submission of detailed urban plans and integrated programmes, the negotiation of planning and building agreements, framework agreements and other contractual instruments, and administrative permitting procedures. He has particular experience in projects involving hotel and hospitality facilities, retail structures, and residential and office developments.

He also advises on public and private works contracts, public procurement procedures for the award of public infrastructure works, and public-private partnerships.

In addition, he has developed significant expertise in real estate law, advising clients on the acquisition, disposal and income-producing management of property assets and their transformation, including the drafting and negotiation of the related agreements.

Prior to joining BLV – Belvedere & Partners, he served as Counsel in the Real Estate Department of Gianni & Origoni, where he worked for over 13 years, and previously gained experience at other leading law firms.
