Katarina Hribovšek Vrbinc joined Jadek & Pensa as a Senior Associate in November 2025. She advises clients in the areas of real estate law, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Her work includes supporting domestic and international clients in their day-to-day operations and corporate governance matters. She approaches projects with clarity and practicality, providing reliable legal support in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
