Senior Associate

Lučka Brunec has focused her work at the law firm Jadek & Pensa primarily on advising in major infrastructure projects, where she handles contract preparation, spatial planning, property protection matters, and the acquisition of building permits. She has extensive experience conducting construction and real property litigation before both national and European courts. She is also deeply involved in public procurement procedures and tax law, which enables her to provide comprehensive legal advice to private and public clients as well as bidders.
