Senior Associate

Žan Šporn Krajnc is a senior associate who joined Jadek & Pensa in 2020. He is a member of the dispute resolution unit and advises clients primarily in the areas of insolvency, property and real estate law, and law of obligations. He was involved in complex corporate and shareholder disputes in the past. He is committed to finding creative solutions and to protecting the best interests of his clients. He gained experience in a major Slovenian and international law firm during his studies. Žan spent part of his studies in the UK at the University of Stirling and participated in several different legal competitions, including the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
