Régis is Avocat à la Cour, admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2003. He is a Partner and the head of MOLITOR's Employment, Pensions & Immigration Department.

Régis has over 20 years' experience and a long standing record of representing and advising individuals and multinational groups in Luxembourg and abroad, in both transactional and litigation matters.

He is a highly experienced employment lawyer with a broad commercial practice. Régis advises clients in a variety of matters such as disputed redundancies, immigration, work permits, pension rights and all types of labour issues, including transfer of employment and social plans.

English and French.

Régis is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Employment Lawyer Association (EELA). He is also a member of the Commission droit social (i.e. the Commission of Labour Law which is part of the Luxembourg Bar and was recently set up in February 2020).

He has a Masters (D.E.A. de Droit Privé) from the University of Nancy, France.
