Cécile joined MOLITOR 2024, as Partner. She is admitted to both the Luxembourg and Paris bars.

Cécile gained experience in Luxembourg in various law firms (including MOLITOR) during the course of her career. Cécile was one of the founding partners of MOHE, a Luxembourg business law firm, established in 2013 where she worked until joining MOLITOR in 2024.

Cécile's areas of expertise include corporate law, company restructuring and private equity transactions. She represents companies and private investors in national and international transactions.

She has extensive experience in general corporate matters, offering continuous support on all legal aspects of daily business operations. She also oversees the legal affairs and corporate governance of various holding companies and small to medium-sized enterprises.

Cécile also has experience in commercial and corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes (both pre-litigation and in-court), directors’ liabilities, acquisition-related litigation, enforcement proceedings, and debt recovery.

Cécile speaks English, French and Italian.

Cécile studied at the University Panthéon-Assas in Paris, where she completed a postgraduate degree in Private Comparative Law (D.E.A) in 1997. She then further her studies at the University Paris Val-de-Marne in Paris with a postgraduate degree in European Law (D.E.S.S.) in 1999.
