Dipl. iur. Elizaveta Dubrovskaya, LL.M., Senior Legal Counsel and Head of LGP’s Dubai Office, specialises in cross-border projects (inter alia EU, Russia and CIS-related) in such areas as corporate law, real estate law, migration law, EU law, international contract law and international trade law. Over the past two decades, she has substantiated her diploma in jurisprudence (cum laude) obtained at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy and her master’s degree in European Business Law (Leiden University) by profound practical experience in European law and sanctions restrictions. Elizaveta has been further engaged in full-scope servicing of complex international business & investment projects, in international corporate structuring, as well as in international litigation & arbitration. Russian native speaker, she is also fluent in English, German, French and Italian, and had gathered previous working experience in legal departments of Russian companies.
