Anna Zeitlinger is an advocated admitted to practice in Russia as well as before DIFC Courts of Dubai. She is heading LGP international team in Vienna and other countries of LGP operations for almost 20 years and has extensive experience in advising international clients on cross-border issues. During her professional career, Anna has been involved on the side of LGP in major cases in Austria related to Russia and CIS countries, in particular in the field of cross-border transactions, insolvency and restructuring, international litigation in Europe and beyond, including international arbitration (under the rules of ICC, VIAC, SSC and UNCITRAL). She has advised a number of prominent CIS clients on commercial fraud, extradition, forensic investigations, asset tracing and recovery in both civil and criminal proceedings in Europe and third countries. Anna has been an active member of the EU law and sanctions team since 2014. Since 2022, together with Gabriel Lansky and Philip Goeth, she has been primarily involved in advising and representing individuals and companies in relation to international sanctions, sanctions-related litigation, regulatory work and compliance. In the administrative law sector Anna can refer to unique experience of dealing with administrative bodies (national competent sanctions authorities) in Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Netherlands, France and UK. Anna is a licensed sanctions- and AML- compliance officer and co-manages LGP's sanctions team from Vienna and Dubai, the two locations where the team is based. Sh regularly publishes and speaks on current sanctions and arbitration topics.
