Mansoor is AMJ’s founder, managing partner and head of the corporate commercial and dispute resolution departments. Mansoor’s specialist areas of expertise include banking and project finance, Islamic finance corporate, natural resources, projects and infrastructure, regulatory, transport, telecommunication real estate and construction, and dispute resolution

Mansoor advises private and governmental organizations on wide variety of legal issues both contentious (including arbitrations) and non-contentious  on major commercial and structural projects involving a diverse range of banking, commercial, construction, international corporate and project finance, Islamic finance M&As, privatisations, insurance, capital markets, corporate governance, Islamic law, tax, telecommunications and civil aviation sector, HR/labour matters.

Mansoor is a listed Oman Court of Appeal arbitrator who enjoys rights of audience before the Supreme Court.
