Samu Lassila heads our Tax practice. He is a tax professional with a particular focus on M&A. He advises domestic and international clients on tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, internal reorganisations, and refinancing processes. He has extensive experience leading cross-jurisdictional teams. He frequently assists clients seeking advance tax rulings from the Finnish tax authorities, and with other tax processes, including tax audits and controversy.
