Antonio Guirola is a Partner at ECIJA El Salvador and is a member of the firm's Corporate practice.

He is a lawyer with more than fifteen years of experience advising national and international clients on Corporate Law, Energy Law, Banking and Finance, Oil and Gas, Gaming and Gambling, Project Finance and cross-border transactions. His practice also encompasses regulatory matters, customs and international trade, tax incentives, and infrastructure projects across highly regulated industries.

Throughout his career, Antonio has developed significant expertise advising complex corporate transactions, financing structures and strategic investment projects. His practice is particularly focused on assisting clients in navigating local and international regulatory frameworks, facilitating cross-border transactions and delivering practical legal solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

He has played a key role in some of El Salvador's most significant infrastructure and energy projects, including advising on the country's first wind power generation project from financing and construction through commercial operation. He also advises companies in the fuel storage and distribution sector, representing a substantial share of the national market, as well as major infrastructure developments and ancillary services.
