Nathania García-Prieto is a Partner at ECIJA El Salvador and is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Arbitration practice.

She advises national and international clients on intellectual property, arbitration, corporate governance and dispute prevention, with extensive experience in the banking, financial, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, environmental and energy sectors. Her practice focuses on developing legal strategies that protect corporate interests while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Throughout her career, Nathania has built a strong reputation in complex negotiations, portfolio management, judicial recovery proceedings and out-of-court settlements for financial institutions.
