Carlos Quintanilla is a Partner at ECIJA El Salvador and is a member of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration practice.
With more than twenty years of professional experience, Carlos advises national and international clients on complex dispute resolution matters, with particular expertise in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate disputes and emerging technology law. His practice also includes negotiation, mediation, compensation claims and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Throughout his career, Carlos has developed extensive experience representing clients in civil and commercial judicial proceedings, successfully managing high-value disputes involving damages claims, contractual conflicts, out-of-court settlements and strategic negotiations. His previous collaboration with the civil and commercial courts of San Salvador provided him with a comprehensive understanding of judicial procedures and litigation strategy.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Carlos regularly advises clients on corporate, labour and financial matters, participating in sophisticated legal transactions for both domestic and international companies. He has also contributed to legal thought leadership through numerous publications on technology law, digital assets and labour legislation.
