Alfredo Navas is the Managing Partner of ECIJA El Salvador and leads the firm's Regulatory, Compliance and Technology practice.

He is a lawyer specialized in technology law, corporate structuring and regulatory matters, with extensive experience advising startups, multinational companies and emerging businesses throughout their growth and expansion processes. His practice focuses on Corporate/M&A, Intellectual Property, Industrial and Audiovisual Media, Risk & Compliance and Legaltech.

Throughout his career, Alfredo has developed significant expertise advising innovative companies on corporate structuring, capital raising, regulatory compliance and governance. He also serves as Data Protection Officer for several organizations, helping them implement comprehensive privacy and compliance programs aligned with evolving legal frameworks.

A substantial part of his practice is dedicated to Intellectual Property and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) law. He regularly advises clients on the protection and commercialization of intangible assets, digital transformation strategies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, digital assets, data privacy and emerging technologies. His long-standing relationships with clients have enabled him to design intellectual property and technology strategies that support sustainable business growth and innovation.
