Félix M. Jáquez Bairán is a Partner at ECIJA Dominican Republic, where he leads the Telecommunications, Technology and Regulatory practice. He has over 20 years of experience advising local and international clients in highly regulated sectors, particularly in telecommunications, technology and administrative law.

His practice focuses on regulatory strategy, compliance, risk management and the structuring and implementation of regulatory frameworks, as well as advising on digital transformation processes, including data protection, cybersecurity and e-commerce.

Félix brings a unique perspective derived from his experience in both the public and private sectors.

He regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance, interactions with authorities and complex legal frameworks in sectors undergoing rapid technological and regulatory change.
