Ahmed is a highly regarded corporate lawyer, with extensive experience in corporate matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  His practice covers a number of sectors, including corporate, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Ahmed is often the lead lawyer on complex (cross-border) transactions and regularly advises clients on general commercial matters (including reviewing and drafting complex commercial agreements, in particular to ensure compliance with the laws of KSA).  He also has experience in the banking and finance sector and understands the legal framework having practiced in Riyadh since 2013.  Ahmed has since been recognised by established legal directories as a “good and client friendly practitioner”.

Ahmed’s clients include some of the largest multinational corporations (from big technology and finance companies to those in oil and gas, construction and engineering) and he understands the business model and objectives of each client in any transaction.

Prior to his role in the Middle East, Ahmed practiced in the United Kingdom and Australia.
