Muhammad is involved in a wide range of banking and finance matters including transactional lending, trade finance, debt capital markets, asset finance, private banking and loan securitisation. He has advised local and foreign clients on syndicated and bilateral financial transactions, both conventional and Islamic transactions, and undertakes preparation of loan documents, security documents and transaction relates documents. He also advises foreign clients in relation to the sale, financing and securitisation of aircraft in Qatar.

Muhammad also forms part of the regional debt capital markets team and has been involved in conventional notes issuances as well as Islamic Sukuk issuances involving various Sukuk structures. In particular, he regularly advises clients on structuring the deals, preparing prospectus, drafting underlying transaction documents and advising on regulatory and corporate approvals.

On the regulatory front, Muhammad also advises banks and financial institutions on marketing and offering of financial and investment products, securities markets, payment processing services, FinTech and data privacy laws and regulations in Qatar and Qatar Financial Centre.
