Hamzah joined the corporate team of Al Tamimi & Company coming from a top-tier Magic Circle law firm.

He has over 13 years of experience advising on private and public mergers & acquisitions, and equity capital markets in addition to providing general structuring and corporate consultancies.  He advised clients on transactions across the GCC including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain. He has particular expertise in public and private M&A, transactional work, and equity capital markets deals.

Hamzah has worked and practiced law in Jordan, UAE, and Qatar.
