Career

Ayman Nour is a Partner and Head of the Corporate Structuring Department in the Firm’s Egypt office. He is also a member of the Education, Healthcare, Hotel & Leisure, and Africa working groups.

Ayman specialises in corporate structuring and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and foreign direct investment (FDI). His practice further encompasses general corporate advisory, employment and labour law, civil matters, and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT).

He advises and represents a broad spectrum of local and multinational corporations and institutions, including entities listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Egyptian Exchange, as well as companies ranked among the Global 100.

Ayman has been recognised by The Legal 500 as a Leading Partner in TMT and Employment for 2026. He has also been ranked as a Leading Individual in Employment annually since 2019 and recognised as a Leading Individual in Digital & Data.

Prior to joining the Firm as a Partner, Ayman was a partner affiliated with a British law firm from 2003 to 2010. Between 1995 and 2003, he worked for two separate periods with Baker & McKenzie in Cairo, totalling five years. In the intervening period (1997–2000), he served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Egyptian Public Prosecutor’s Office.
