Her practice covers acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, company reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, employee incentive schemes and commercial agreements. She is particularly experienced in supporting growth businesses through complex funding rounds, including seed investment, Series A, B and C fundraises, venture capital investment, SEIS and EIS structures, crowdfunding arrangements and private equity transactions.
