on all aspects of UK income and capital taxation for individuals, entrepreneurs, owner-managed and family-owned businesses, trusts and asset holding structures; on the many different structures available to achieve family succession and asset protection goals for personal or business assets, be that use of UK or offshore trusts, corporates, family investment companies, foundations, family charters etc; advising international, multi-jurisdictional individuals, families and structures on the international elements of UK tax and the complex rules governing non-UK domiciled individuals including residence, domicile and remittance issues; trustees of UK resident trusts on the set up of such structures, their ongoing duties and tax filing requirements and the winding up of such structures; beneficiaries and trustees of non-UK (excluded property) trusts on their ongoing compliance and reporting requirements in an ever-changing world; and UK charities on establishment and registration with the Charity Commission, ongoing activities and compliance requirements and corresponding with the Charity Commission.
