Thibaut Amourette advises French and foreign companies operating in various sectors (publishing, IT consulting, luxury, energy, banking, etc.) on their IT and technological projects, including software and IT solutions integration and deployment, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, and e-commerce.

In this context, he assists our clients with issues related to IT law, intellectual property, personal data and consumer protection, as well as cybersecurity.

His secondments to various legal departments also allow him, as part of his assignments, to adopt a pragmatic approach to projects that takes into account the clients’ operational and technical constraints.

Furthermore, Thibaut frequently assists our clients with merger/acquisition transactions, focusing on commercial law and IT aspects, during the due diligence process and the negotiation of transaction documentation. This experience has provided him with a thorough understanding of the issues and mechanisms involved in such transactions, thereby enhancing his ability to secure operations on such aspects.
