Marie Danis joined August Debouzy in 2009 as a partner after beginning her career with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She advises French and foreign clients in connection with international arbitration and commercial litigation matters.

Recognized in leading French and international legal directories, she has developed specific expertise in shareholder disputes, post-acquisition disputes and evidence gathering.

She sits on the board of directors of the Association Française d'Arbitrage and teaches arbitration and legal strategy at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
