Fabienne Haas joined August Debouzy as a partner within the employment and labour law department in April 1998. She has developed an expertise in individual and collective labour relations law and advises multinational companies.

Fabienne Haas mainly assists French subsidiaries of foreign groups, in particular Anglo Saxon, in their day-to-day management of labour relations.

Supported by a bilingual team composed of ten lawyers, the “foreign desk”, she brings a truly international dimension to the employment and labour law department thanks to her expertise.

Fabienne Haas worked for the law firm Shearman & Sterling in New York within the litigation and international arbitration department and returned to their Paris office in 1988. She joined Sullivan & Cromwell’s Paris office in 1992 and then Salès Vincent & Associés, as a counsel, until 1998.
