Alexandra Berg-Moussa joined August Debouzy in 2000 after spending several years in Montreal.

She mainly advises French and foreign companies on IT and new technologies law and general commercial, distribution and consumer law.

Through her secondments with a variety of clients across different industries, Alexandra has refined her expertise in tailoring legal support to meet the specific business needs and constraints of our clients.

Her experience spans companies positioned both upstream (manufacturers, suppliers, publishers, editors, service providers) and downstream (wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and retailers, end-users) in the commercial chain. She has worked extensively in both B2B and B2C sectors, providing her with a comprehensive and multifaceted understanding of the legal issues these companies face.

Alexandra also taught Distribution Law at Sciences Po Paris between 2017 and 2022.
