Position

Bee joined Greene & Greene in 2022. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016, Bee specialises in Will, Trust, Inheritance and Estate Disputes.

Bee acts on behalf of beneficiaries, trustees and personal representatives advising on a variety of contentious probate matters including bringing and defending claims under the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Trust and Will disputes including claims against the validity of a Will and applications for the removal of executors and trustees. Bee also specialises in bringing and defending claims for equitable relief founded in doctrines of equity, such as proprietary estoppel and constructive trusts.

Bee was granted full membership of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) in 2024. This recognition reflects Bee’s exceptional dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence in this area of law. ACTAPS is a leading professional organisation dedicated to promoting the highest standards of skill and integrity in contentious trust and probate practice. Bee is also a member of the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA).
