Managing partner and head of litigation

Peter graduated from Hull University with First Class Honours in Law in 1982 and joined Graysons in 1986

As well as carrying out his duties as managing partner, which involve leading the firm’s strategy, management team, marketing, finance, IT and HR, he is also a very experienced civil litigation lawyer, having specialised in this field for over 30 years. Peter set up Graysons’ personal injury and clinical negligence departments, separating them from the firm’s general civil litigation work over 25 years ago

He has handled a wide range of personal injury, clinical negligence, commercial and employment cases.  He is a practitioner member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
