Laura joined Graysons in August 2019.  She is a chartered legal executive, being a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) and a trust and estates practitioner with full membership of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).  She is also a member of Lifetime Lawyers.

Laura obtained a BA (Hons) in history at the University of Hull before obtaining her legal qualifications with Ilex in 2008.  She has worked in the field of probate for 19 years, during which time she has handled some complex cases. including trusts, inheritance tax, Court of Protection and deputyship work.

Out of work, Laura is the chair of Sheffield SANDS, a stillbirth and neonatal death charity.  She is also a governor at Stocksbridge Junior School.
