Clinical Negligence

Partner and head of clinical negligence.

Nikki qualified as a solicitor in 2010.  She became a partner in Graysons in February 2023 and is head of the firm’s clinical negligence department.

Originally working in the field of personal injury, Nikki spent much of her time in court – good at litigation and a very competent advocate.  However, her passion for clinical negligence work took over and Nikki has now worked in Graysons clinical negligence department since 2012.  Nikki fervently believes that many health care professionals are excellent at their jobs, but when they aren’t, they need to be held to account for their mistakes.

Nikki deals with some very complex cases, and often successfully runs cases to trial – which is very unusual in the field of clinical negligence.
