Mustafa Sajjad is a lawyer at BLD Ekelmans and focuses on insurance and liability law. With his in-depth knowledge and committed approach, he helps clients with a variety of complex issues.

Mustafa approaches legal matters as unique puzzles that he knows how to unravel with pragmatic and targeted solutions. His working style is characterised by client focus, eagerness to learn and flexibility. Mustafa always goes the extra mile and is committed to his clients’ interests.

Mustafa has gained valuable experience in both the legal profession and within the insurance sector. During his internships at Loyens & Loeff and insurer Markel, he worked on a variety of files, including D&O liability, policy law and employers’ liability. This experience makes him familiar with both the legal and business side of insurance law.

Mustafa obtained both his bachelor’s degree in law and his master’s degree in Liability and Insurance from Erasmus University Rotterdam. His thesis examined the interpretation of the standard of care within liability law on the basis of the Afzinkkelder judgment.
