Specializes in international taxation, real estate taxation, VAT, income tax, energy and infrastructure taxation, and litigation. Holds four academic degrees- an LL.B. (Law) and a B.A. in Accounting, both with honors, from Tel Aviv University, as well as an LL.M. and an MBA, both with high honors, from Tel Aviv University.

Adv. Horenstein serves as Israeli counsel to world leading international tax firms. Represents individuals and corporations, including well-known international groups from Europe, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

Adv. Horenstein lectures on taxation at the Israel Bar Association and other professional forums.
