Adv. Raban is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.

Adv. Raban is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a wide range of tax-related litigation vis-à-vis the Israeli tax authorities and before the different Israeli instances, advising and providing tax-related legal opinions.

Adv. Raban is involved in advising Israeli and international individuals and families on a range of legal issues concerning trusts, shareholder agreements, wills, estates, citizenship and Aliya, and more.

Adv. Raban also specializes in the field of philanthropy and provides advice to non-profit organizations (NPOs) in connection with the establishment of operational structures for public purposes and their ongoing management.

Adv. Raban has years of experience in the area of indirect taxation, import law, trade regulations and trade levies.

Adv. Raban also has experience in representing clients in civil and administrative legal proceedings, mediations and negotiations.

Adv. Raban practices as a Mediator as well, and is a registered mediator with the Israeli Courts Administration, and acts as a mediator in cases addressed by the court.

Adv. Raban is also a member of the VAT, income tax and bookkeeping committee of the Tel Aviv district of the Israeli Bar Association, and a member of the arbitration and mediation committee and the alternative dispute resolution forum.
