Career

Yuval Horn is the Chair of the Technology and Life Sciences Practice at Gornitzky GNY.

Prior to joining Gornitzky GNY Yuval was the founder of Horn & Co. Law Offices.

Mr. Horn regularly advises his clients on international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings (US, EU, Israel), initial coin offerings, structured finance, and corporate reorganizations, as well as on all legal aspects of operations of high tech and life sciences companies, including licensing and sale of technology, joint ventures, commercial transactions and labor law issues.

Mr. Horn served as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Technology Law Committee (2016-2017) and was nominated in 2020 as a member of the Advisory Board of the Technology Law Committee. Since 2018 Yuval Co-chairs both the IBA Annual World Life Sciences Conference, and the IBA Annual M&A in Technology Sector Conference. He has been a member of the IRB (Helsinki) Committee at the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer, Israel since 2008, and represents the firm in Biolegis, a European network of law firms specializing in the life sciences (www.biolgeis.com). Since 2019, Mr. Horn is a member of the Contractual Committee at the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer,

Mr. Horn frequently lectures and writes about new financing models, formation of new businesses and technology transactions, and teaches the course “Legal Aspects of Founding and Managing Healthcare Companies” at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law.

Mr. Horn began his practice as Aide to the Chief Military Prosecutor and Legal Advisor to the Chief of Staff (Ehud Barak) during the years 1988-1993. Since 1993 his practice has focused on technology transactions and corporate finance, where he has practiced in several leading firms as an associate and partner.
