Karen Reichbach-Segal is a partner at Gornitzky & Co. 

Karen is an expert in all areas of insolvency, liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy. Karen has worldwide experience as trustee in stay-of-proceedings and compositions with creditors, as receiver of companies and properties, and as company liquidator and special manager.

Karen’s expertise includes operation of companies assessed as ‘going concerns’, multi-national corporation management and dissolution, real estate disposition in Israel and worldwide, start-up and technology company insolvency, representation of shareholders and companies active in the capital market in insolvency proceedings, debt arrangement structuring, implementation supervision and representation of buyers and investors in insolvent companies.

Karen is also an expert litigator. She accompanies the firm’s clients throughout all litigation stages, including arbitrations in Israel and overseas. Her vast litigation knowledge and experience is leveraged by the firm’s unique IP expertise, proving beneficial in protecting proprietary rights, patents, designs, trademarks and copyrights.
