Hana Atias is a partner at Gornitzky GNY.

She is a member of the firm’s finance and banking team and is involved in providing legal advice on complex financial transactions, including project finance, syndication deals, factoring and real estate finance.

Hana provides ongoing legal counsel to leading companies and represents both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions. Additionally, she handles debt restructuring and banking and institutional regulation.
