Dr Bartłomiej Woźniak is Managing Associate at GESSEL. Specializes in merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions. Has been providing services to financial (PE/VC funds) and strategic investors for more than 10 years. Has experience of cross-border M&A transactions.

Specializes in M&A transactions in the private market. Has more than 10 years of experience advising financial investors (including PE/VC funds), strategic investors and company founders. Advises on share deal and asset deal transactions on both the buyer and the seller sides. Has participated in acquisitions conducted in the form of buy-outs (including LBOs and MBOs) and expansion capital deals. Has experience advising on structured sales processes, transactions involving representations and warranties liability insurance (W&I Insurance) and cross-border projects.

Advises on analysis and preparation of documents at every stage of the transaction process and supports clients at the transaction preparation and post-transaction integration stages, including the design and implementation of management option programs.
