Senior Associate

Deyan is a Senior Associate in DGKV`s Banking & Finance and Energy and Utilities practices. He joined DGKV as a Senior Associate in 2022. Having previously worked as in-house counsel at one of Bulgaria’s leading banks, he has worked on a number of landmark projects and has significant transactional expertise in the finance sector. Deyan’s practice is mainly focused on Projects, Energy, Real Estate, Corporate, and Acquisition Financings, and syndicated lending. He has also advised clients on large-scale quasi-sovereign public bond issues and venture-capital matters.
