Kaloyan Krumov is a Head of the Real Estate & Construction department and a partner at DGKV’s Banking & Finance practice group. Kaloyan has extensive experience advising on the development and construction of residential, commercial, infrastructure and energy projects - including wind, solar, nuclear related and battery energy storage systems (BESS). He assists sponsors and developers throughout the project lifecycle, from permitting and land acquisition to EPC contracts and planning-construction regulatory compliance. His work includes structuring project agreements, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and mitigating risks associated with large-scale energy infrastructure developments.
In addition, Kaloyan focuses on advising lenders in a wide range of finance transactions, both domestic and cross-border, in various industry sectors.
