Lilia is a Senior Associate at DGKV with more than 25 years of experience in general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, media and telecoms, e-commerce, regulatory work, immigration law, and EU law.

Lilia advises clients in various industries on ongoing legal matters. Lilia has also led DGKV teams assisting local and international clients on M&A projects, including performing due diligence, preparing and handling transaction documents, and providing completion and post-completion legal assistance.
