Tsvetelina Bayraktarova is a Counsel at DGKV and part of the firm’s Real Estate & Construction and Banking & Financing practices. Tsvetelina has played a leading role on some of the firm’s key real estate & construction and banking & finance projects related to major property acquisitions and disposals, infrastructure projects, project-and-acquisition financing, the securitization of receivables, debt restructuring, and alternative-investment funds.

In addition to her extensive practical experience, Tsvetelina has a strong academic background, as an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law and Commercial Transactions at Sofia University.
