Kristina Schotter is a Managing Associate at COBALT Estonia, leading the Healthcare and Lifesciences industry. Kristina is also co-heading the Civil and Arbitration Disputes, as well as Corporate and Cross-Border Disputes practices.

Kristina is a highly experienced expert in complex contract and property law disputes, company law disputes, insolvency disputes, as well as patent protection and pharmaceutical disputes. She advises clients on a daily basis in cross-border disputes involving several jurisdictions and has practical experience in representing clients in international arbitration courts.

In addition, as an experienced litigation practitioner, she advises on the dispute-related aspects of merger and acquisition transactions.
