Tavo Tiits is a Specialist Counsel at COBALT Estonia and he is also co-leading the Real Estate and Construction industry.

Tavo’s main areas of work are settling civil and administrative disputes and advising clients in the field of public procurement. Tavo has 10 years of experience in resolving complicated disputes in contract law, construction law, business law, and insolvency law.

In recent years, Tavo has successfully represented clients in various real estate and corporate law disputes, as well as in spatial planning and building permit disputes.
