Teresa is a Managing Associate in the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice group of Luther’s Luxembourg. She advises on a wide range of finance and capital markets matters, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Luther, she worked in leading international law firms, advising on structured finance, corporate, asset finance, energy, shipping, and blockchain-related projects. She is a European lawyer, qualified in Greece and a member of the Milan Bar Association

Teresa holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Shipping Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Mastering Business Fundamentals (MBF) from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She has extensive experience advising on complex finance and capital markets transactions, including cross-border investments, structured products, and regulatory compliance across Luxembourg, Italy, Greece, and the UK.
