Banking, Finance and Capital Markets

Hayat Mahe is a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office.

She focuses on advising clients on matters related to capital markets, banking regulation and financial services.

Prior to joining Luther, Hayat worked for more than three years as an In-House legal advisor at a leading French bank, where she gained extensive experience in capital markets and general legal affairs.

Hayat Mahe obtained a Master’s Degree specialised in Banking and Financial Law from University of Montpellier. She also  holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from University of Paris II Assas and completed the CCDL (Cours Complémentaires de Droit Luxembourgeois) in 2023.
