Dispute Resolution

Rosanna Mongelli is a senior associate of the Dispute Resolution practice and is a member of Employment Law practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office.

She is specialised in commercial and civil litigation, employment law, debt collection, contract drafting, and criminal law. Rosanna regularly represents clients before all levels of Luxembourg courts and provides tailored legal advice to both domestic and international clients. In addition to litigation, she frequently contributes to conferences and training sessions, particularly on developments in employment law.

Prior to joining Luther, she gained professional experience at a long-established national law firm and, during her studies, completed internships at the Advisory Commission on Human Rights and various national law firms.

Rosanna Mongelli completed the complementary courses in Luxembourg law (CCDL) in 2020. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Fundamental Rights Litigation from the University Grenoble Alps, France, where her dissertation focused on the right to be forgotten for minors. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law for which she attended both the University of East Anglia (UK) and the University of Strasbourg (France). She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2020.
