Oleksandr Lashyn is a member of the Corporate M&A Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office. He focuses on advising clients on corporate governance, cross-border investment transactions, real estate fund administration, restructuring projects, and legal compliance, including drafting legal documents and managing KYC/AML procedures.

Prior to joining Luther, he worked several years in legal and transaction roles at leading Luxembourg and international firms.

Oleksandr Lashyn holds a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law from University Savoie Mont Blanc, Mykolas Romeris University, and Yaroslav Mudriy National Law University. He has gained extensive experience in corporate governance and investment transactions across Luxembourg and globally.
