Igesa Andrea is Senior Associate and is a member of the Corporate, M&A practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office.

Igesa advises local and international clients on corporate governance, private equity transactions, fund financings, and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Luther, she gained extensive experience working in corporate M&A, private equity, and fund financing at a Magic Circle law firm, as well as international and national law firms. She focused on advising clients on shareholders’ agreements, co-investment agreements, subscription line and NAV fund financings, mergers, liquidations, and general corporate upkeep of Luxembourg companies.

Igesa Andrea obtained a Master’s degree in European Business Law with honors from the University of Lorraine, France. She also holds a Master 1 in Business Law and European and International Law from the University of Strasbourg.
