Nicolas Duchesne is a Managing Associate and a member of the Real Estate Law and Property Transaction practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office. He focuses on advising clients on a wide range of real estate and construction law matters, ranging between real estate acquisitions, lease agreement negotiations, and real estate litigation, among others.

Prior to joining Luther in 2024, Nicolas worked for renowned law firms in Luxembourg.

Nicolas Duchesne obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Luxembourg and a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Strasbourg.
