Associate Director

Lisa is an Associate Director and senior solicitor with over 19 years’ experience of employment law. 

She acts for a wide range of clients, including NHS Trusts, independent schools and businesses in various sectors, including healthcare and agronomy services.

She advises employers on a full range of employment law issues including:

managing absence discrimination issues redundancy consultation.

For private sector clients, Lisa has drafted service agreements for senior members of staff, as well as contracts for use within specific specialist sectors, including independent schools.

She has advised public sector clients on disciplinary processes for both medical and non-medical staff within NHS Trusts and pay issues, including pay protection.

Lisa’s litigation experience includes defending and bringing injunction proceedings in the High Court, and defending complex discrimination claims, including an interim relief application made as part of a whistleblowing claim.
